Purpose of the Trust Center

The Authobek Trust Center is the public home of everything that governs how the platform operates. It exists so that developers, organizations, users, partners, investors, regulators, and the wider public can inspect and understand our commitments in one place.

Scope

The Trust Center covers Authobek's corporate posture, developer relationship, governance procedures, privacy commitments, security practices, and legal terms. Documents here are authoritative — if a page elsewhere on the platform conflicts with a Trust Center document, the Trust Center version wins.

Guiding principles

  • Transparency: every policy is public, dated, and versioned.
  • Accountability: decisions are logged and appealable.
  • Predictability: material changes are announced with notice whenever practical.
  • Accessibility: plain language, readable typography, and full keyboard navigation.
  • Independence: no governance rule is silently bent by commercial arrangements.

Document lifecycle

  • Draft: internal circulation before publication.
  • Published: publicly available with a version number and effective date.
  • Revised: previous versions remain accessible for auditability.
  • Retired: replaced by a successor document with a clear pointer to the new version.

How governance decisions are made

Application review, security scans, verification, lifecycle stage changes, and promotion eligibility are governed by policies documented here and evaluated against automated signals and human review. Every governance action produces an audit record. Developers can appeal decisions through the appeals workflow, and appeals are reviewed by parties independent of the original decision.

Feedback and revisions

The Trust Center is a living surface. If a document is unclear, out of date, or wrong, tell us — feedback triggers a review and, where necessary, a new revision. All revisions are recorded with an updated version number and a summary of what changed.
